→ Fruit & Marshmallow

03 - 24 fresh strawberries, hulled
04 - 24 large marshmallows

→ Optional Decoration

05 - 3.5 oz dark or milk chocolate, melted
06 - Colorful sprinkles, as needed

# Directions:

01 - Preheat the oven according to package instructions. In a mixing bowl, prepare the brownie batter as directed, incorporating eggs, oil, and water per the mix instructions. Pour into a baking pan and bake until set. Allow to cool completely.
02 - Once cooled, remove brownies from the pan and cut into 24 uniform squares using a sharp knife.
03 - Thread one brownie square, one strawberry, and one marshmallow onto a skewer. Repeat to add a second layer of each component on the same skewer. Continue assembling all 12 kabobs.
04 - Arrange completed kabobs on a serving platter. Drizzle melted chocolate over the kabobs and top with sprinkles if desired. Allow chocolate to set before serving.

# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • If you want a dessert that's almost impossible to mess up and looks like a celebration, you've found it.
  • No forks needed—just layers of flavor, great for picnics, potlucks, or any gathering where sticky fingers are encouraged.
02 -
  • If the brownies aren’t fully cool, they’ll crumble off the skewer—their coolness is your insurance.
  • Chocolate burns shockingly fast in the microwave, so check and stir every 15 seconds for glossy, smooth drizzling.
03 -
  • Keep the kabobs from sliding by angling the skewer tip through the berry and marshmallow centers.
  • To serve a crowd, prep the kabobs ahead and drizzle chocolate just before guests arrive.
