# What You'll Need:

01 - 2.2 lbs frozen French fries or homemade potato fries
02 - 2 tbsp vegetable oil

03 - 7 oz beef bacon, chopped
04 - 7 oz sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
05 - 2 spring onions, thinly sliced
06 - 1/4 cup sour cream (optional)
07 - 1 jalapeño, sliced (optional)

08 - 1/2 tsp paprika
09 - 1/2 tsp garlic powder
10 - Salt and black pepper, to taste

# Directions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 425°F.
02 - Spread the fries on a baking sheet. Drizzle with vegetable oil, sprinkle with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
03 - Bake fries for 25–30 minutes or until golden and crispy, flipping halfway through.
04 - While fries bake, cook chopped beef bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, about 5–7 minutes. Drain on paper towels.
05 - Once fries are cooked, transfer to an ovenproof dish. Sprinkle evenly with shredded cheddar cheese and cooked beef bacon.
06 - Return to the oven for 3–5 minutes, or until the cheese is fully melted.
07 - Remove from oven. Top with sliced spring onions and jalapeño if using. Serve immediately, with sour cream on the side if desired.
