Strawberry Coconut Cooler (Printable Version)

Chilled blend of strawberries, coconut milk, lime and ice, finished with mint for a creamy, fruity summer cooler.

# What You'll Need:

→ Fruit

01 - 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
02 - 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

→ Liquids

03 - 1 cup coconut milk, chilled
04 - 1/2 cup coconut water, chilled
05 - 1 tablespoon agave syrup or honey, optional

→ Ice & Garnish

06 - 1 cup ice cubes
07 - Strawberry slices, for garnish
08 - Fresh mint leaves, for garnish

# Directions:

01 - Add strawberries, lime juice, coconut milk, coconut water, and agave syrup or honey (if desired) to a blender.
02 - Blend the mixture until completely smooth and uniform.
03 - Add ice cubes and blend again until the ice is fully crushed and the beverage is frothy.
04 - Taste and, if needed, adjust sweetness to preference.
05 - Pour the cooler into chilled glasses.
06 - Garnish each glass with fresh strawberry slices and mint leaves. Serve immediately.
