01 - Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a large bowl, combine almonds, cashews, and pecans. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt. Toss until all nuts are evenly coated.
03 - Spread the nuts in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
04 - Roast for 13 to 15 minutes, stirring halfway through, until nuts are golden and fragrant.
