# What You'll Need:

01 - 2 medium ripe bananas, peeled and sliced

→ Dairy

02 - 1 cup plain Greek yogurt

→ Liquid

03 - 1/2 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)

→ Sweetener

04 - 1-2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup, to taste

→ Add-ins

05 - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
06 - 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
07 - 1 tablespoon chia seeds or flaxseeds
08 - Ice cubes (optional)

# Directions:

01 - Place bananas, Greek yogurt, milk, and sweetener (if using) into blender container.
02 - Add vanilla extract, cinnamon, seeds, and ice cubes if desired to the blender.
03 - Blend on high speed until completely smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes.
04 - Taste and adjust sweetness or thickness by adding more milk or honey as needed.
