# Directions:

01 - Dissolve the strawberry gelatin in 1 cup boiling water, stirring until completely dissolved. Stir in 1 cup cold water. Pour into a shallow dish and refrigerate for 1 hour or until fully set.
02 - Repeat the process with lemon gelatin: dissolve in 1 cup boiling water, add 1 cup cold water, pour into a separate shallow dish, and refrigerate for 1 hour until set.
03 - In a mixing bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream with an electric mixer until soft peaks form. Set aside.
04 - In another bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy. Gently fold in the whipped cream until well combined.
05 - Once both gelatins are fully set, cut them into 1/2-inch cubes using a knife.
06 - Place a spoonful of the cream cheese mixture in the bottom of each jar. Add a layer of strawberry gelatin cubes, some diced strawberries, and a few mini marshmallows.
07 - Add another layer of cream cheese mixture, followed by lemon gelatin cubes, diced pineapple, and more mini marshmallows.
08 - Finish with a final spoonful of cream cheese mixture on top of each jar.
09 - Refrigerate the assembled jars for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to meld and set.
10 - Before serving, top each jar with whipped cream, place a marshmallow bunny candy on top, and sprinkle with pastel sprinkles.

# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • The individual jars make portion control feel effortless while still looking impressive on any dessert table
  • Kids and adults both get excited about building their own colorful layers
02 -
  • Make sure the gelatin is completely set before cutting into cubes, or you will end up with a messy layer instead of distinct blocks
  • The assembled parfaits need that final hour of chilling time to let all the flavors meld together properly
03 -
  • Run your knife under hot water between cutting the strawberry and lemon gelatin to get cleaner, more precise cubes
  • Let the jars sit at room temperature for about 5 minutes before serving to soften the gelatin slightly
