Charming no-bake treats combining chocolate, peanut butter, and crunchy noodles shaped into nests with candy eggs for festive spring occasions.

# What You'll Need:

→ Base Mixture

01 - 1 cup creamy peanut butter
02 - 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
03 - 1/2 cup butterscotch chips
04 - 4 cups crispy chow mein noodles

→ Decoration

05 - 54 candy-coated chocolate eggs

# Directions:

01 - Line two baking sheets with parchment paper and set aside.
02 - Combine peanut butter, semisweet chocolate chips, and butterscotch chips in a large microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until melted and smooth, approximately 1–2 minutes total.
03 - Add chow mein noodles to the melted mixture. Gently fold until all noodles are evenly coated with the chocolate mixture.
04 - Scoop approximately 2 tablespoons of mixture onto prepared baking sheets to form mounds. Use a spoon to create a small indentation in the center of each mound, shaping them into nests.
05 - Immediately place 2–3 candy eggs in the center of each nest while the mixture is still soft to ensure they adhere properly.
06 - Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or until completely set. Serve chilled or at room temperature.

# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • These come together in twenty minutes flat and look like you spent hours planning them
  • The salty-sweet combo of chow mein noodles and chocolate is completely addictive
02 -
  • The mixture becomes unworkable if it cools completely so work in small batches if your kitchen is warm
  • Butter your hands lightly if the nests stick to your fingers while shaping them
03 -
  • Room temperature peanut butter melts faster than cold so pull it out of the cupboard first
  • Use a cookie scoop for perfectly uniform nests that all look professional
