04 - Add extra lychee fruit, fresh lime slices, and mint leaves to each glass if desired. Serve immediately while chilled.

# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • The way creamy coconut milk wraps around the floral sweetness of lychee feels like discovering a secret language between two ingredients that were always meant to be together
  • It takes literally ten minutes from cabinet to glass which means you can impress people without breaking a sweat or dirtying more than one appliance
02 -
  • Coconut milk separates in the fridge and no amount of blending will fully hide the gritty texture, so shake the carton really well before you measure
  • Adding alcohol turns this from a refreshing drink into something that disappears from pitchers alarmingly fast at parties
03 -
  • Chill your serving glasses in the freezer for ten minutes before pouring, because tiny details are what separate adequate from excellent
  • If you accidentally buy sweetened coconut milk, skip the agave entirely and maybe even squeeze in extra lime
